The receptionist there are not very professional at all, they have no problem putting you on hold & NEVER come back to the line. I called trying to get records emailed/faxed to my clinic 7 times today (started around 9am ending at 4:30pm) because i had an appt at 3pm. They finally got to the vet when I called the last time asking to talk to the office manager - which I never got to because i was placed on hold & NOBODY would pick up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ALL NEED TO BE TRAINED & SO DOES THEIR OFFICE MANGER FOR LETTING KEEP HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!

For weeks I've been trying to call just for basic info and well as schedule an appointment. Every single time i call I am forcefully placed on a hold by the receptionist who never returns to the phone. I have to call back only to be placed on a hold again. I appreciate all the help they offered when I had a 1500.00 procedure but that all seemed to have gone away after the bill was paid. Time to move on.

We rescued a kitten from the middle of a busy road and took her to P D 911 on recommendation of my regular vet (our vet wasn't available). Since we didn't have an appointment we waited 90 minutes. However, a 90 minute wait is a lot shorter than the wait at most ERs for humans! The kitten was not in distress and the urgent emergencies (dog hit by a car...) and appointments were taken first, as should be expected of an emergency care clinic. Once we saw a doctor we were impressed. The assistant was friendly and the doctor was very kind and helpful. Fortunately the kitten only had soft tissue damage and no major injuries. I thought the bill/fees were reasonable for a emergency service and we arrived early enough that there wasn’t an additional fee. She only needed an exam and an antibiotic shot.

Took my dog on a Sunday from Brownsville. Got there at 3pm and didn’t leave till 8:30. It’s really expensive. We saw live ticks in the room Did only blood work that night because my dog ate candy. Since it was Monday the next day I was able to take my dog to her vet in Brownsville. At 9 am her vet called Pet Dr asking for the blood results to be faxed. We waited an hr then called again. And again. We call 5 times that day to get simple, little easy results to be faxed. Finally i call at 5:00 and told them to PLEASE SEND IT. they did. I will never go to this place again.

If I could give less then one star I would. Just a horrible place. My dog got hit by a truck so I rush her to this place( around 6 o’clock) and all they did was give her fluids and an X-ray. I spend about $600 so they can tell me that she has a dislocated hip and her cut was bad and needed surgery. The surgery was going to cast and additional $2500 to preform. The doctor didn’t want to do the surgery until we paid in full up front even though I had already paid close to $600. We told them we wouldn’t have the money until that following Wednesday but they still wouldn’t do it. Horrible people
