If you need to be ripped off, Lied to and treated poorly this is your Animal Hospital!!! I called to check on the price and make an appointment for my cat to have her front claws removed. I was told it would be $45 and was only done on Tuesdays. I have just returned from that appointment and the price was $455.40. If that wasn't bad enough I called before I left home to make sure everything was a go to pickup my cat. I waited through a couple waiting rooms full of people. It seems if you complain a bit they move you up to the pickup list of first come first served pickups. If you call they usually put you on hold although there are usually 2 or 3 people at the desk at all times. It's one thing to have a few add on's another to flat out steal people's money. They also called to tell me that they made an error in the amount of pain medication they gave me for my cat. GOOD LUCK if you get hosed you were warned.
Well, they took care of my pet's needs and cared very well for her; however, it's a very pricey animal practice! I would give them 5 stars but the fact they left me broke AF gave them only 1 star from me. These people charge you like their customers are defacating large lumpsums of money daily!
The people are very friendly and the vets are very good with animals. I especially like Dr. Carson.
Dr. Forras is an amazing sweet doctor. She took care of my Thor last month with UTI, and she took care of my Jane when she got sick with tick disease a couple days ago. Both dogs for different illnesses was put on medication and both dogs had fever so they didnt eat or drink. She personally did call me 2-3 days after we had seen her on both occasions to check up on my pups. She called asking how they were doing and if i had any concerns. She doesnt do any testing until approved by the owner for financial reasons. Only problem is i highly recommend getting an appointment. Thor had an appt. and was out in an hour. Jane was a walk in and that took over 2.5 hours . Overall we will go back for all our pet needs.
Placed on multiple 10 minute long holds only to have the calls drop. I only needed basic information but kept getting placed on hold right off the bat. Looked elsewhere.
