I had bought my watch at a local watch dealer at the mall, few days later it kept bad time. They sent it out to the "manufacturer" to get it fixed, nothing. Took it to another jeweler it just the battery, nothing. Had it laying around for almost two years, was gonna sell it.....Took it to Yepez problem solved! He checked it out, called me and told me what the problem was, quoted me a price and that was that, he took care of the problem and a month later the watch is working perfectly! Would most definitely go back or recommend to others.
I needed links taken out of a bracelet that was way too big. The owner took care of it right away! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He was super courteous and made a point to chat with me while he worked. Will definitely come back here for other jewelry needs.
