Terrible experience. My fiancé and I had gotten out of our construction site job and decided to go buy a necklace at this location. We obviously had some paint on our jeans from work and when we walked in the workers saw us but no one greeted or asked if they could help us, but they greeted the others who walked in after us and were dressed casually, we literally stood and waited for about 10 minutes and nothing. Walked out of there disappointed, never will I give my money or business to people who judge you by what you're wearing.
Lots of choices and sales representatives to help, but for some reason the wait is still longer than I would expect...especially to just pick something up. I wish they had a dedicated line for that. It run a lot more effectively.
They have cute charms!!! I go crazy!
