Bought my mother a set of charms for her bracelet about 200$ in charms, that day we bought it my mother told the girl "I'm not so sure about these charms but if I don't wear them I have 30 for exchange right?" The lady replied yes, then right after she said yes she marked a W/O in the ticket, and then said "you want to put the charms on so you could take a picture?" My mother replied yes and then asked for a box to store it...Two days later we comeback because indeed she wasn't convinced by the charms (you can feel the pressure when they are "helping" you, it feels like they want you to get something of get the hell out oh and make it quick) well my mother wanted to exchange them, when we go back the lady Maritza and the manager were acting really rude, they said the item was worn out (W/O), so apparently the lady Maritza had put w/o meaning worn out and thats why she suggested to put the charms in the bracelet since it will be considered worn-out, but at no moment did she specified us about that or that the 30 days guarantee will be voided, on top of this, the manager was saying incoherent things like "I have 4 Rolex and when I bought them I knew I wasnt gonna be able to exchange them" this is Pandora not Rolex , totally different, then the manager also dared say that in the cameras she saw my mother walked out of the store with the bracelet on which is a lie since they had specifically asked for a box to put the bracelet in and take a picture, we asked to see the video since we knew it was a lie, she refused to, Then she said since she was a manager her word was final, so in order to not deal with such rudeness we called customer service and filed a complaint, Then went to Laredo to change the charms, totally different service, my guess is that the lady's here just don't wanna lose out in the commission, please save your money and don't buy here, go online or to another store!!!
Terrible service!! Manager is super rude, never on duty we tried to return my ring and she said she would call us and we finally got to talk to her in September!! Ridiculous
Horrible experience. I tried returning a necklace I bought during the Christmas season that didn't fit and because they were doing inventory during the day they refused to do the return. I don't have time for their games I came all the way from Brownsville, Tx which is over an hour away. They wanted for me to wait for about 5 hrs so that they could do the return. Obviously they think that all their buyers are from McAllen. They need to have better accommodations for out of towners that come from other cities or maybe not do inventory during the day. It will be the last time I buy here I'll stick to Reeds in Brownsville or online. Now I have to wait to do it the next day and have to come all they way again. Very unprofessional they really need to do their inventory after closing time.
Horrible customer service, return policies are a joke, merchandise quality is not worth the price. My husband bought me a bracelet with a locket, about 2 weeks after we went to exchange it because the locket will open by itself. For my birthday we purchased a birthstone charm 10 days after we walked into the store to exchange it for another item since we knew the same thing will more than likely happen. When I told the lady who helped us that we wanted something else NOT a refund. She told me "you can't get something else, you have to get the same charm and wait if stones fall again then you can get something else" in a rude manner of course. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY, IF YOU ARE INTRESTED ON CHARM BRACELETS DO YOUR RESEARCH AND AVOID PANDORA, THERE ARE OTHER NICE AND LESS PRICY OPTIONS, NOT JUST FOR THEIR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT ALSO FOR THEIR POOR PRODUCT QUALITY AND RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES.
