My almost 3000 dollar leather couches are not even one year old and are peeling like crazy! I wish I saw this reviews before. Very bad quality sofas! Don't waste your time. What a waste of money. Garbage sofas!!!!!
Thank you to the store manager for making my life a lot easier. Was able to find exactly what I needed and for a much better price than I was getting at the stores down the street. Financing was easy and the same day delivery made my wife happy.
The most ridiculous retail team I've ever encountered. I saw their website that they had a specific item on sale. I found it in store and showed the sales associate on my phone. She said "Oh yes. That's it. How much is it listed for?" I showed her the very low price, and she hesitated. She said, "No, no that's not it. Let me show you where it is." So she takes me over to the kids section of the bedroom sets and says "It must be this one." I'm a damn adult woman, I might be short but I don't need a child's item, and it's clearly not it. She said I would have to order anything I found online, online. So, I sat on a couch looking through where to order. But, I was already impatient, so I went to the Finance department and asked if they honored online prices in store. She directed me to a salesman. He said, "We have that item listed I see, but let me make sure with my manager if we can honor this price." So, he takes my phone to show him, and he comes back with "My manager said he's not sure we can order it from the warehouse, check back with us on Tuesday, I'll call you." Without any item information nor my information, I asked, "Well how are you going to do that if you haven't taken any of my information?" He gave me his card and said "Call me, and we will know Tuesday if we can even get it here to us." What? It's your product, your prices, and your bad attitudes that cost a low rating here. It was unbelievable how I was treated. I'm not going to be made for as a fool. I knew they weren't going to look into it for me, there was no item number saved, just a photo of hundreds they have. The item is on their stockroom floor. How do they think they would have a problem getting it from the warehouse? Anyway, I had cash on me, I was willing to buy. I took my business across the street to LFD where I found a similar item, better service and got the item picked up from the warehouse. Don't do business with this company.
