The showroom itself is *beautiful* but I didn't appreciate that Jeff, my 'design consultant', felt comfortable enough to loudly discourse his personal anti-Obama political opinions during my shopping experience. Will not be going back.

When it came to the LA Z Boy products I was very optimistic about it because I thought it was very expensive. So one day my wife and I decided to stop and see what the new location in McAllen had to offer. We walked in and we're greeted by a very professional young man Justin Garcia. Before he could shake my hand I was asking questions about how true was the rumor on being expensive, and the honestly just came out. He said yes but I will show you why, and he did. I was sold after the tour of the store. Not only was he honest he told us about the high quality of materials they use, and made in the great US of A. We got to choose the color of the coaches and chair and pillows. I mean who gets to design their furniture well we did. After the purchase we met with his Store Manager Julie Jack's which is the nicest lady I've met. Very professional people and excellent products so take my word and visit them and become a designer like we did. We are a LA Z Boy family from now on. Thank you and see you soon again.
Great store with a variety of beautiful, high quality furniture and very helpful staff. I had a wonderful experience here from browsing to purchase to delivery. Store Manager Larry Hernandez is top-notch!
I am very disappointed with the service at the McAllen store and Lazyboy quality even more. The padding on our sofa and loveseat needs to be redone; the legs were put on wrong; and there is a staple showing very obviously on the back of the sofa! The recliner had to be sent back for added padding and now it shakes!!! Construction is very much on the weak side! The metal forms show through the leather on the back of the recliner and on the sides! I always held Lazyboy furniture to be of the finest quality. Boy, was I ever disappointed!!!!!
