I had a nightmare of an experience at Ashley's Furniture that resulted in cancellation after waiting almost two weeks for delivery. That same night, I walked into Lacks and left with the couch of my liking within the hour of stepping through the doors. This was made possible by Janie, a wonderful and charismatic sales person that genuinely cared about my eagerness to furnish my home. I really hope she is acknowledged for representing the company well, as she is the reason I and a couple others will be returning to make more purchases for our homes at this Lacks location.
