Not a fan of them calling your family as references. What happened to just running your credit? By the time they approve you to purchase, your distant relatives in Europe will know you're trying to buy furniture. Other than that, clean store, sales staff are typical sales staff.
I missed my payment date due to a family emergency. Management was very understanding n did not penalize my account.
need to have better customer service and fyi if your going in to get credit from the store and purchasing items for a family member other then the person getting the credit DO NOT let the store know they will deny you because only the person getting the credit can purchase item even if you have excellent credit and ONLY have them delivered to there home on their id. so do not mention anything wasted my time should have a sign or something!!! no purchases for family members!!! its that easy.
