I've gone twice and haven't seen a doctor. I went once about two months ago and signed in at around 6:30 pm, paid my Co pay, and then was notified the night clinic doctor wasn't going to start seeing patients until 8 pm. Then I went today and arrived at 10:30 pm and front office staff named Connie said they could no longer take patients if not then they wouldn't "be out of there until midnight". I went back in a second time and asked Connie if she could ask the doctor if he could make an exception, told her I'm a working mom of three kids, and I couldn't show up earlier. She said "I've already asked the doctor on another patient earlier and he said no, these are doctors orders". She wouldn't budge. Well obviously the staff at this clinic do not care much about their patients, if it's not to their convenience. Also, be careful they keep your credit card information on file and will charge any outstanding balances with out notifying you. There is a form you sign prior to services and before you pay on the tablet allowing this. So if you don't read carefully you could sign your permission for them to charge your credit card at anytime if you have an outstanding balance.
Dr. Coimbra is great. Their policies are horrible. Front people don't care about the people. Always with an attitude and never want to help. They don't accept anyone with insurance from the Marketplace. Too many problems with insurance and every single time you go in, you have to fill out a new application!!! I'm referring all my friends, family and workers to a different location!
