My appointment was at 10:00 and been waiting for almost three hours!!! Ridiculous! There was maybe three people ahead of me when I walked in...
Even with an appointment, I waited in the lobby for 2 hours. Finally, I was taken into an examining room. I was forced to wait 2 more hours there. Finally she came in and said that she did not remove skin tags on that day and sent me home without taking care of the problem. I still had to pay for services NOT rendered. I will never go to her again!!! Terrible service, terrible bedside manner, terrible time management.
Caring and patient. Never rushes you through your visit.
Excellent Dr out of all the dermatologists that I have seen Dr Browne has been the only one that has been able to help me. The wait is all worth it because she takes her time to consult with u.
Although I liked the general personality of the doctor. I did not like the wait and the ridiculous price. I had an appointment at 3pm which i was told was the latest appointment I could have since I was a new patient . So I left work early so as not to be late. I got there at 2:45 checked in filled out paperwork. I was taken back to room at 3:15 did not see the doctor until 3:50. I was agitated however I was polite. I asked if the doctor was running behind when I was put in room. I was if course told no. My husband was outside waiting on me in the truck. His appointment was next door at 330. He got cortisone shot in his hand. He was done before I even seen the doctor. How frustrating. I of course sucked it up and tried to remain calm. We had to pick someone up at airport. Finally discussing my botox procedure with the doctor . She tells me she will numb me up and after 15 to 20 minutes she would proceed with the botox. Of course she knew I was in a hurry and explained we had to go to airport that someone was waiting on us. I waited for another 10 minutes no numbing yet! I finally went looking for someone and told them I didn't need numbing. Just do the botox. Uuuggg how frustrating. I had never been numbed for botox before. So they took me in procedure room . Gave me my botox . As I'm finally done . I go to front desk to pay. I was told that I owed almost $750.00 . WTH . $10 a unit she said she used 67 units. I've never had 67 units in my life. I was so upset. I have had botox countless times and the most I've ever paid was 400.00. I about choked but handled it with the grace that they obviously didn't think I had. Paid the bill and hoped I'd look like Marilyn Monroe with that pricetag. I unfortunately have heavy eyelids. In fact I've been asked if I'm sick countless times. I will not recommend her to anyone. She also referred to me as a tomboy. I shut my mouth and played the game. Yes I run heavy equipment for a living now. However up until last year I was a pretty sought after hair and makeup girl. I wanted to make a change in my life. So to refer to me as a tomboy. I'll be going back to Dr. Rodriguez and his staff. I looked better I felt better and noone referred to me as a tomboy because of my profession. If you want treated with respect and feel like a million bucks do not go here. I've had breast implants and botox with RGV. Should have stayed with them . Hopefully they can help me with my new hooded eyelids.update 1 1/2 weeks today. Having a hard time opening my eyes today. Worst experience I've ever had!
