My wife had 2 miscarriages and I thought I would never be able to have a child. I luckily found Dr. Brown and that all changed. After several test he finally found the problem. Thanks to him I had a healthy baby boy.
Dr Brown and his staff have been beyond amazing. I only wish I could continue my journey with them. Nyla, Melinda, Kendra, Alma, and Dr Brown himself always made us feel welcomed they already knew me by name. I would definitely recommend him over and over. I would most definitely visit again and do it all over. Thank you Dr and Staff! ❤️❤️❤️
I wish I could give this unprofessional so called Doctor NO STARS! He is the most arrogant, non-empathic person I have met. When dealing with women who have a hard time getting pregnant, you want a doctor to understand your frustrations and give you solutions.. well he's not for that at all. When I initially visited him, he did an ultrasound and told me "yeah you can't have kids you have severe Endometriosis " he did not introduce himself or talk to me but just say that. He then proceeded to tell me that there would be a slight chance I could have a child with IVF, but I would need surgery to help with removing some of the scar tissue formed from it. I did the lab work and scheduled another consultation. As I waited 40 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment, I'm finally called in and he is eating in front of me. He does not greet me nor excuse himself from eating he just continues..he then throws a paper at me as if I'm annoying him with my lab results and says "yup it's high" so I give him a few to explain what he means and nothing so I initiate the conversation and ask what is high? He says well obviously your Endometriosis. Yeah because I'm a doctor and I should assume what you mean? So I ask what is the next course of action? He says " has your husband provided sperm"? Well no that was not talked about. He then says " well I need that first" so I tell him " I would like to proceed with the surgery we talked about first to ensure that IVF is possible and make sure my health is good first" he tells me " TOO BAD" I had to sit there and ask myself did he just tell me too bad?? So I asked him " did you just say TOO BAD to me" he responds "yup, if you don't, then go see another doctor, and let's not waste my time".. who says that to someone?! I simply gathered my things and told him his attitude was ridiculous and I would not allow an unprofessional person to perform any kind of surgery on me. He just shrugged and said OK. His nurse Nayla, walked out after me and had to apologize for his attitude and said she would explain the process. At this point, I said no thank you. I could never let someone so arrogant be my only chance at having children. Please don't waste your time or money with him, and if you still go there, you will see what an arrogant person he is just like I did.
Thank God for Dr. Brown and his team, my tubes are cut and burned and never thought I would have another baby. If you are in the valley and trying to get pregnant, look no further, words can't explain how blessed we are to have found him, Doctor and the girls explained every single step and were there at all times we had a question. Very professional, friendly and down to earth, kept in touch with us throughout my whole pregnancy and after, Thank you again Dr. Brown, our Embryologist Dr. Bing, Alma, Nayla and everyone else who was a part of this beautiful experience.
Dr. Brown and his staff are very professional. I highly recommend this place. They have always treated me with great respect and have offered the greatest medical care for my condition. I have struggled with infertility but thanks to Dr. Brown,I have a beautiful and intelligent 4 year old daughter. The best part about this place is when I have encountered problems, the whole staff starting with the receptionist, to the nurse, to the Dr. have welcomed me in and made sure everything was well before allowing me to go home. Simply the best!
He should not be allowed to practice something like Fertlity when he has absolutely no empathy to what women like I are going through.
