There are always people in the park walking, playing, walking dogs and BarBQing.
Great place for a picnic, bbq, just relax with your family or a nice jog.
This is a very nice park. It has a walking trail and lots of jungle gyms and swings for kids to play on. The restrooms are nice and clean. Water fountains are also found throughout the park. It also has an amphitheater and sand volleyball court.
Nice park area! Volleyball area is what we usually use.. wish they would fix the net.. but still works!
Lots to do...nice jogging trail, several workout areas, picnic tables with grills nearby, two main play structures plus a few smaller swingsets and activities for toddlers, and enough big shady trees to make for a pleasant and enjoyable time in the South Texas heat!
Great park to go jogging or take your kids to enjoy the playground equipment. I think this is one of the oldest public parks in make but it has gotten many updates and it looks beautiful. Spend an afternoon here with your family!
