Had a fairly decent stay. We checked in for 8 days and although the condition of this location was excellent! Housekeeping needed improvement. The two days we had housekeeping they failed to put toilet paper or change sheets. Overall, the stay was comfortable and I would recommend this location to friends and family.
I booked online for 3 nights for a hurricane evacuation in Corpus Christi .They were extremely short staffed at check in at the front desk but she did great on answering her calls and checking in ppl. Great and as quick as she could be. Great room great price awesome staff over all. Props
My family and I had to leave our homes due to Hurricane Harvey. We booked 7 rooms and had a total of 23 family members and 2 pets with us. The staff was very patient and understanding of our situation. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff was very helpful. Thank you for making us feel welcome during our time of need. We appreciate you guys very much.
After reading other reviews, we decided to give them a shot. We were very happy with the room. Stayed 3 nights. The room was large, clean, no bugs, smelled fine, working a/c. Ours had a kitchenette. They're pet friendly, and not just for under 20lbs, which was perfect for our dogs. The clerks at the front, were friendly, efficient, and professional. We will definitely be using them again. Five stars! If we could give more, we would.
Stayed at this hotel for 5 months on business. Front desk very helpful but for 5 months I had to live with ants all over the room that I would spray almost daily and twice a week maid service that left whatever towels they had on hand, forcing me to go to the front desk to get whatever they didn't leave in the room. Price was excellent.
