My husband and I travel for work sometimes. We usually book a hotel near our working venue. We were working at the McAllen convention center and decided this was the closest and best price. When we arrived we quickly learned this was a going to be a very nice hotel stay. My husband loved the architecture and design and I was fascinated with their food and jacuzzi. Will definitely come back to this same hotel next time we're in town.
Staff was very pleasant. I wanted to sit in the hot tub after a workout but there was a family camped out in it for hours! The room was very nice. The decor was also. The breakfast was kind of expensive for what it was...over all a nice stay.
For the price it's a really nice hotel. For a hotel that looks like this, in Houston, it would run you $170+. I was pleasantly surprised that the one bed king ran for under $100. And on the weekend they serve a Good Breakfast; eggs, cooked potatoe, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, good juices. It's nothing like the stereotypical "Continental" breakfast that all the other budget hotels offer.

Cambria is a very clean modern looking hotel. The rooms are cozy and stylish. The staff are very kind and we'll manered. I have stayed at many hotels but this hotel is by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to have a good night sleep and a relaxing get away.
