Great hotel and wonderful staff. Came here during the evacuation. Only minus is no refrigerator in room but otherwise great!
The BEST hotel by far! Super professional, knowledgeable, and sincere staff members! My dad and I stayed for a couple of days to wait out hurricane harvey and had plenty to do; a pool, bar, free breakfast/wifi, and many stores near the area make this the perfect location! They also gave a decent price with a great discount! The room we had was also very clean, comfortable, and had all the necessities we needed. Thanks best western!
The breakfast there was very good it was to the region and also the room was clean but to my surprise there was no refrigerator or microwave
Just a sad representation of Best Western... hopefully they will continue to do some fixes to the issues that are everywhere in this hotel.

Great price but despite a great lobby area, the hotel is old and tired. Breakfast area is small and food was poorly presented, slow refills and same for service items...plates, cups, napkins, silverware, etc.
