Very nice place within walking distance of the convention center! Had a shuttle service during the con I went to which made everything very easy. Good service and helpful staff. The room was perfect for the 4 young adults who shared it. Would definitely stay here again
It is nice hotel bit outside the city. Breakfast is served in Buffet but has no live kitchen. No other meals are served as it has no restaurant in hotel. There is a market next to hotel which hosts Domino's or some other food joints. However La Plaza a mall is good options at 5 miles for food and shopping. There is Lebanese and Mexican food joint available on walking distance
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sprinhill Suites. Rooms were cozy. Staff was great. Only problem I had was towels. Most hotels give you 4 body towels when you stay in a room with 2 queens and a roll out. Other than that, hotels was clean, breakfast was great and beds were comfy.
I’ve been a Marriot rewards member for years. I was driving through McAllen to let my wife off at a meeting and needed to use the restroom. The lady desk clerk asked me if I was a guest then told me I needed to go to a station because the restrooms were only for guests. Do you think I’ll ever stay there?
A nice place to stay. I have no complaints but I also wouldn't say that there is anything worth writing home about either.
