The staff here was wonderful! I was here on business and they let me occupy their ample lobby space for hours on end doing interviews. The restaurant staff is very friendly and the rooms were clean and neat. Great place to stay!
Nice, clean & comfy. But... nowhere was it posted they offered cookies for evening treats. We got there too late. Drinks weren't refilled. Also, the toilet seat wasn't centered & the shower head couldn't be adjusted and needed to be cleaned. Bad, dark & very obvious build-up!
Every day out of my 2 week stay the staff has been fantastic and amazing. Easily one of the beat hotels I've stayed at in a long time
I'd recommend staying here if in McAllen, though I haven't stayed anywhere else to compare.
This is a nice clean hotel with really comfortable beds. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There are several good resturaunts within walking distance of the hotel.
