THE LADY THAT I SPOKE TO WAS VERY RUDE SHE DIDNT EVEN TRY TO LISTEN TO WHAT I WAS SAYING. SHE WAS PERSISTANT THAT ITS A BIG ARRANGMENT AND ITS NICE "WE MADE IT TO THE RECIPE. ALL IT SAYS ON RECIPE IS 48 ROSES."
THEY DIDNT TAKE THE TIME TO ARRANGE THE FLOWERS NICELY LOOKS LIKE THEY JUST GRABBED THE FLOWERS AND THREW THEM IN A CHEAP VASE. SOME OF THE FLOWERS WERE ALREADY DYING. NO CUTTING AND EVENLY DISTRIBUTING THEM AT ALL. WHEN I COMPLAINED THE LADY SAID THEY WOULD GO PICK THEM UP AND REDO THEM, BUT THAT IT WOULD BE THE SAME THING. REALLY??? WOW. AND THAT IT WOULD PROBLY BE UNTIL TOMOROW....WHEN THE RECIPIENT WONT EVEN BE THERE.......
NOW AS FOR THE FLOWER SHOP IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT...

PLEASE SHOP AROUND GUYS AND WHEN YOU FIND A PLACE THAT DOES A GOOD JOB STICK WITH THEM. MY MISTAKE WAS ORDERING ONLINE JUST TO SAVE TIME WITH 1800 FLOWERS. WHEN USUALLY I GO PERSONALLY AND LOOK AT THE FLOWER SHOPS WORK.
Just the best! Went in looking for a casket spray for my mother's funeral, I described what I wanted and how my mother was as a person and that she loved the color pink. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral home I was left at an "ah". The pink flowers were so bright and beautiful the roses were just the perfect color of pink. It gave me the impression that if somehow the florist knew my mother and knew what flowers she liked. I'm so glad I chose them!!! They took the time to listen to me and got everything on point. Honestly the best!!!!!!!
