It's obvious they do not care about the client & have poor communication skills.
I called to ask if they had flowers in specific and the lady that I spoke to was very rude to me!!!! Definitely made me change my mind of this place.. I understand that you all are Mother's Day prepping but if you don't want people calling you close then for Mother's Day prepping!!! Super unprofessional!!!

I'm sorry but giving this place even one star is giving it too much credit. Our order was made a week in advance & yet they gave me somethings totally different! But the worst thing was they never said they would make it right, instead they just plain out offered us our money back & never admitted to being wrong.
