I love flower arrangements and when I received one from my sister, I was trilled! But really what kind of owner will call the recipient of the arrangement and wish them bad luck? Just because the purchaser was not satisfied with the order because it was not filled correctly! This is what happen to me today. The owner of this shop Ms/Mrs. Juanita called me up to say: she lost on the arrangement that I received and that I should not get to keep the arrangement because a refund was given to my sister. She informed me that she did not give me a teddy bear, as the ordered specified, because she did not have one available. The lilies where not open because if they were they wouldn't last long any way. She also said that what come around goes around and hanged up. Really what owner does this?
