They don't even greet you in.
Worst customer service. Stood waiting to be helped for 45 minutes and walked out without my problem solved due to not being attended. The whole time I was there one employee helped a lady and all she did was talk about her personal life on her husband not wanting anymore kids, her grandma being retired, her kid being able to do whatever he wanted because he was the "king" and cussing in front of other customers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. People go in there on their lunch break and to be helped not stand around for almost an hour and by the time your going to be helped you have to return to work. I have gone before after work and on the weekend and it's the same issue. Wait time is ridicoulous. Management should really talk to employees on cutting down the personal talk so other customers can be helped on a timely manner.

Worst experience ever I can't even get some help with out one of the workers getting mad at the other worker for helping in front of the customers lack of leadership.
I personally don't have T-mobile, but in the past few months I have gone twice regarding purchasing a phone without a plan, and upgrading my girlfriends cell phone. The other T-mobile stores I went to were not helpful , and didn't know much. I came to this store, and the staff were knowledgeable and able to explain everything. One gentleman in particular (Joe), Was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. They were also very organized in attending to people in the order they arrived. This is my favorite store for anything related to T-Mobile!
