Terrible experience! We made the mistake of buying a washer and a dryer "promised" to be delivered in one week. Sounds good right?... Nope... because they called and postponed the delivery a week (one day before the supposed delivery date.) I spent hours over the phone waiting to talk to a CS rep. She promised. Then, they postponed it again... three times! I guess that counts as "fool me thrice."
I love this store.. The staff is always friendly
The prices are very reasonable. Friendly staff as always. Lines too long though.
They do not follow honest business practices. Avoid like plague!
Couldn't find anyone in the shoe dept. I had to practically go in the stockroom to find the girl to help me and she was no help. Bad customer service. Need to ask the customers for help remember without customers you don't have a job!
Had a great time yesterday and I'm here again today. Love the atmosphere and staff. Just love it,love it, love it. Love especially the prices.
