Bad experience made a reservation and wen I got there they didn't have vehicles don't waste your time go somewhere else.
Nice clean car. Rate was fine but the insurance was more than the rental rate. I get the insurance for peace of mind. Easy pick up but had to park the car myself and run the keys back up to the counter. In the past an attendant has taken care of it. I have a high mileage vehicle that gets low MPG so I rent compacts for road trips.
Dam nice car no hassles renting car I recommend it to anyone. I would definitely rent from them from now on the u thrifty for making it easy for me.
Awesome ! I wish I would've known the guys name who helped me but he was the best! . Most other places ask you for a bunch of stuff but not this one . Will be renting here again soon
Counter lady was rude. Asked her to switch the name reservation & she completely ignored that. Asked for a quote to upgrade my car & she ignored that. She proceed to attend a guest after me,to whom she was smiles & giggles to & ended up giving that customer their car before me. I waited a good 10 maybe even 15 minutes & the person behind me no wait at all. This counter lady cost them their review & for this reason I would not recommend Thrifty. Customers are your paycheck you should treat each & everyone the best you can for them to come back, but I will not be getting my rentals from this place for sure.
