Fast and easy, friendly customer service. Has decent selection of cars most of the time but have experienced otherwise. I'd recommend them
I rented a vehicle from the Rental Counter at the McAllen, TX airport. They were very friendly and helpful. The vehicle I was received was excellent (Toyota RAV4) and clean. Perfect for what I needed. Returning the car was simple as well. Recommend this service.
Got my vehicle swiftly. It was a chevy traverse. Great SUV! Wold highly recommend National in McAllen. Can't say the same for American Airlines, though.
Service was helpful, when the location was open. I had been delayed out of Dallas for weather and called the direct number and spoke to the agent on duty for Sunday (5/8) and said that several people were delayed and all renting cars. We were told that if we were there before midnight, then we would be able to get a car. We landed at 12:30 and National was closed, but every other rental agency was open. We thankfully had a shuttle to our hotel, but had to go back the next day to get our vehicles. Other than this small annoyance, the staff were friendly.
Great experience. Highly recommend to rent from National. Did my reservation over the phone, representative was very helpful. I picked up rental at McAllen airport and representatives there are always friendly and extremely helpful.
