It was very smooth. No problems. I gave my name and was handed the keys. Loved it! I would recommend them because, above all, the customer service was very good.
I live in North McAllen and don't mind driving to this location by the airport for a few important reasons. 1st they are always very pleasant even when they have a line of people from a flight. 2nd they always have our vehicle ready for us to pick up. (In the location closer to us we have always had to wait for vehicle to arrive or get cleaned up. Very upsetting and inconvenient.) Finally, they will make sure we are happy with our vehicle or Upgrade us to the next level selection if the type of vehicle is not avaiavailable.
