Never had a problem with them. Had Wells Fargo for over a year.. Today i went to cash my check and waited almost two hours just so they could tell me i couldn't cash my check due to the type of account i had! What the hell, that never stopped you before?!! Definitely going to close my account here. Very disappointed!
Absolutely worst bank I've been at here in the valley. Waited 20 minutes out in the car for them just to tell me I had to go inside to cash my check. They told me I didn't have to wait in like to go in and go straight to the merchant tellers area. I've been here for a good while already. Yes I'm writing this while I wait. Thanks Alot for making me lose my lunch hour wellsfargo. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere
The worst customer service for this Mcallen Jackson branch. Two days trying to call them to make a simple freaking question and they never answer. Finally I was able to be at branch due to the nature of my work and I tried calling them, right there sitting at the waiting lobby, and none even care to say hi, or even pay attention to the waiting list. I called them twice and they just turn around looking the phone blinking and ignore the call. Thanks God a representative name Carlos Hilario helped me out, hell of a customer service skill and very nice and polite. You all need more people like him sitting on those front desks. He deserves my full respect but honestly I won't stay as a wellsfargo customer. Real inneficients......
If you're in a hurry don't come here. You'll be in line drive thru and inside for a minimum 20mins
