They say they are there to help but no one cares.
Worst IBC location in regard to efficiency. They took 20 minutes to cash a check through drive thu. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
Changing banks next week.

This location on N 10th is horrible no customer service at all. Not going back to this location
Worst IBC I became a regular client since I work close by I hate it always make me wait over 10 minutes just to get helped on the motor bank. I have asked for a transfer and i get cash definitely need more training and professional staff.
No officers work on weekends, no one with authority to help in an emergency
