The only bad thing is that they dont have too much branches on the surroundings area of the valley

Knowledgeable staff and comfy waiting chairs. I do not think the restrooms are available for clients.
Beware, this is the only Chase Bank close enough to the Eastern portion of the RGV. Most clients come from as far as Weslaco and Donna just do their banking. That being said, this bank is usually busy.
