My experiences at Paradise Park have not all been good ones since I have first arrived here. Most of these winter visitors go about keeping to themselves or keeping to their culture or group..

Beautiful clean the place is well kept up on.
We are second generation residents. My in-laws lived here for over twenty years and now we've been here five years. Perfect location...very close to shops, restaurants, hospitals and grocery stores. Lots of activities to choose from. A small park so it is easy to get acquainted. Very reasonable monthly maintenance fees. Open to rentals, RVS and mobile homes and park models. Check us out!
The real problem is the method the By-Laws (highly generalized )are enforced by the authoritarian-like "Board of Directors". This board has been composed of people that live in the park for part of the year and there has only been one female elected to run it (as president) for about 5 years). So it's mostly the "good ole boys " that run it, and their-in lies the problem.
