Love it. Lived here for more than 20 years
I have been here for three weeks now and just love it here. The people are very friendly. Very good facilities although some need some upgrading. Tall palm trees with large lots and fruit trees for a reasonable price. People really care about their lots and keep them well groomed. Amenities include: Heated pool, hot tub, pool room, shuffle board courts, fitness facility, free wifi, library, poker room, mail delivery, etc. I personally drove around for one day and looked for something better. I drove in and drove right back out. They were so seedie looking. Not here at Citrus Valley. I feel safe here. I suppose you could find a 5 star resort in McAllen but you will pay that much more.
Friendly people. Nice accommodations.
The people in this park are very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy while you stay here.
