Definitely need to work on common courtesy. The owner didn't even seat us, he just pointed at where we were going to sit. When he finally did decide to speak to us, it was to take our order. I don't expect a conversation, but at least a hello would've been nice. We didn't stay long enough to try the food, and the lack of friendly service definitely had something to do with it.

Best pho in the valley! Only seen the owner smile once in the years I've been coming to this place. Don't mind the negative comments about the owner attitude drive you away from this place, he's actually a great guy. A true hidden gem of the Valley.
