Delicious home-tasting American food (had meat loaf with green beans, mashed potatoes, cornbread dressing and delicious hot coffee.) Their gift shop is to die for. Right now the theme is Thanksgiving and Christmas articles and music.
Grilled Lemon pepper rainbow trout has been good in the past but not so much today. The sweet potato casserole had a lot of chunks of basically raw sweet potato. Waitress did not refill our water. I don't think she ever even noticed that the glasses were empty. And she told us the cornbread was baking in the oven but when she brought it out it want hot.
This restaurant is always a great place to enjoy traditional country breakfast even though it may be commercialized. The Pecan Pancakes are awesome!
Service is superb.
Our server, Mauricio, was polite, quick, and knowledgeable over the menu. The food came out rapidly and it was delicious. The children liked it as well. There was many options for them. We had breakfast for dinner. The portions are large. We took home two leftover boxes.
Can get pretty crowded. Good chicken fried steak. Biscuits were really good.
