These guys are super nice, not expensive, easy to deal with, and do a really good job. I can't say enough nice things about them.
I personally have heard friends say they've had bad experiences with them, but I've used them 3 times and thank God every time has been beyond phenomenal! Super courteous and take time to listen to my specific requests. I hope they take into consideration the bad reviews because they really are awesome and would hate to see them continue to lose customers

I called on a Monday to make an appointment for Saturday. I called a day later to ask if there was an extra fee for service after 5pm. They said yes and I asked them keep my appointment for that Saturday. Come Saturday and I called them to confirm the appointment and they told me that I had cancelled the appointment. When I asked to speak to their manager he told me that I had called to cancel my appointment after the call I made to ask about the extra fee. Which was a lie because I did not call to cancel my appointment. I told them that it was not fair for me as a customer that they cancelled my appointment and they were telling me they did not have any more appointments available. I told him that I would look for someone else. I called Rick's moving services and they had a team out at my place within the hour. Chapas called me back to tell me that they could send me someone later that day and I told them I had already found someone else to help. Bad experience here.
These guys work great together. Great teamwork. I've hired them many times and every time they surpass my expectations! If you want the best and most professional movers in the RGV, hire them!
