The rudest store ever! They close 15 to 20 mins ahead of time.. And when you go through the drive thru their " mgr in charge" Serena, is beyond rude..heavily sighs over the intercome as if taking an order is the most annoying thing ever. Pure rudeness from this person. Word of advice, with an attitude as bad as that I suggeat you get out of the food industry and take lessons in customer service.. And keep your personal problems to yourself. The people ordering food are not at fault. Do not recommend this location at all.

Fast friendly service great food
Food was cold and greasy. Customer service isn't that great either. That was my first and last time there.
Out of ALL the Panda Express restaurants in the McAllen area --- THIS is the one that makes the BEST food. They don't skimp out on portions, the food is always fresh and perfectly cooked. And the customer service is wonderful ---- they are very patient when you change your mind at the last minute and add more items to your order. Love it here!!
