Oh my...what can I say very poor service...the young man that serve us I'm not sure if Oliva Garden train the waiters...everyone ate and my food was super late...I don't blame the young man service, I blame Olive Garden management, to hire personel that are not capable of being a waiter. That youngman was totally lost on what he was doing. Usually a couple of my friends go eat their and never had such services...very disappointed.
Today my husband and I went for lunch around 2pm. It was a very busy Saturday we were seated after a 20 minute wait. We sat at the table about 5 or 6 minutes without speaking to a server. Finally one asked us for our drink order and we waited for those drinks seeing our waiter walk past twice. I seen a manager and told her my issue she said she would take care of it and asked if we wanted an appetizer and we ordered ( which we later saw was not on our check). The server immediately brought our drinks and left the table quickly without a word , the drinks were incorrect and the manager brought appetizer and fixed the drink mistake. We then got a new server and the old one occasionally walked pasted us and never made eye contact. After receiving our order which was wrong (we were getting hangry so we just ate what we got.) we paid the check and vowed to make this review. We will out of our way to find a new olive garden to visit next time.
When we were seated we were greeted by three separate staff members trying to make sure we were taken care of. The food was out quickly and everything was great.

The waitress we had was phenomenal! She was super attentive. I just wish I had gotten her name!
The only issue we ran into was that the cloth napkins our silverware was rolled inside were completely stained. Obviously they had been washed but they should look into replacing the stained napkins.
I have been to this location several times and it never disappoints. Showing up on a Friday night expect long waits but don't blame the staff. We were seated within 40 minutes and noticed how hard the staff was working. A table next to us was leaving and within seconds the three members rushed to clean up and sit the next guests. This was some of the fastest service especially when they were packed.
