They scheduled me on November 15 to take my driver license test and they told me only to bring my ID and receive that I paid for the test, then on November 15 the asked me for 2 documents that didn't told me to bring a month earlier, the lady said not to worry about the video certificate and I went home to look for the other driving document,the second time another lady told me that I need the driving video certificate, and I told her, well, can you at least please schedule me for another appointment, and she told me to do it myself, they used to do the appointment for me because I told them the web page wouldn't accept my gmail account and now they don't do it anymore, the second time, I had to wait for a SECOND time, and they just sent me home again, the lady said I have to do it myself and she also rushed me, "andale sir que tengo una line" it was horrible
They discontinued the program that would let you sign in with your phone and you could leave and they will send you a text when it was your turn. That system was awesome. Now the waiting sucks donkey ass. At least put air antenna channels on the TV's with CC.
LOL at these reviews. I've never had an issue here. So I had to wait a half an hour. So what? It takes half a day to get seen at a doctor's office or ER. I think the employees here do a great job, considering all the entitled opinions from people that think they should be in and out of here in 5 minutes. It's a government office, everyone, not a Little Cesar's.
Staff is really rude i kept getting yelled at for no reason and only me just for trying to fill out my paper work as quick as i could and i was apparently taking to long to move up the line when everyone infront of me was doing the same yall needa chill !!!!
I went here time ago to get my license. They had a greeter that sent us to the right line depending on what we wanted to do and all staff have been helpful and friendly. Waiting times were brief (about an hour and a half) and there were no problems with my registration.
