WHAT A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPIERENCE! The employee Felix Cavazos was incredibly rude and dealt with my situation very poorly. I made a one time charge on a debit card to help my mother pay a loan and they had done an unauthorized payment last month. After they had assured me that they would NEVER use my card again they ended up doing it again last week. When I called to politely ask for a refund Felix answered in a rude tone and didn't help me whatsoever. He interrupted my sentences and even tried sparking louder on the phone once I mentioned I was filing a claim. This is unacceptable. If I could give it zero stars I would.
My uncle was released yesterday from The hospital after open heart surgery and this office is giving him the runaround.
Avoid this business!!! They processed repeated unauthorized payment on my uncle's employer's debit card which they were instructed to use ONE TIME ONLY. After more than 2 hours in the Discount title office all the staff will say is "we cant. We cant give you your money back even tho this was an unauthorized charge."
Employees were very friendly and the process of getting a loan was super fast and easy! Greatly recommend this loan place to everyone!
