A very well run agency. This agency was a family owned agency for 50 yrs and then recently sold to broker Miguel Dominguez. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This account is actually mine. I have been with this Allstate office since 1976 at the recommendation of my father. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. Through the course of the years minor accidents have occurred (when my daughter was younger she had 2; I say minor because, even though the car was totaled in one of the accidents, she walked away without a scratch ) I felt I was accorded a sense of humanism with the agents more concerned with my daughter's welfare instead of whose fault it was. I thank Allstate for that. You live up to your promise/slogan: "You are in good hands with Allstate." What I would like to see is more communication between this office and its clients. A newsletter or more information on possible better rates, explanation as to why rates go up would be relevant issues to disseminate.

I always get nervous when companies I have been with for many years change hands, concerned that the level of service will change. I am thrilled to say that has not happened at all. In fact, I love how Miguel and his staff engage their customers in contests and in giving back to the community with projects like donating personal care items to Mujeres Unidas. This is in addition to being professional, friendly, and efficient when it comes to dealing with insurance policy changes and all other aspects of customer needs!
