Was in there for 5 days, everyone was respectful, and courteous. Doctors and nurses had great bedside manner. Appeared in room in timely manner and answered questions without rushing.
Horrible hospital they are money hungry and it’s all political. It used to be the best hospital but it’s care and and bed side manners are horrible. One example, the receptionist elderly lady laughed at the fact that my mother was on the death bed. Plain horrible. The only good thing about this hospital were three nurses their.
Worst experience ever, me and my family have been waiting here for 2 hours because we heard our family member went in for emergency surgery and no one has been able to tell us anything. No one knows anything. Staff was no help, different information was given from different staff members. Chaos.
Posting two reviews because its imperative that I give credit where credit is due. NICU nurses are fabulous!!! My twins were born 31 weeks and spent month in NICU. They were all so loving and gentle, really showed their pride in their job while taking care of the babies. I was amazed at how they always gave me all of the info when I called to check on them and how they were never too busy to take my phone calls . I think they all deserve recognition and compensation above what they get now because they are above average nurses. I will hands down urge anyone who is high risk to deliver there!!
I delivered my son in 2007, he had surgery in 2015, and my mom came in for gallbladder stones in 2017. All these times we have been treated with patience. The staff and nurses are friendly and understand that when you are in a situation like having your loved one in the hospital, you go into la la land. Any hospital will charge you an arm and a leg but as long as we are treated right I really don't mind, or driving across town to get taken care of. This is the hospital I prefer. Thanks to everyone for being so kind!
