I absolutely love shopping at Sephora I just dread the idea of having to get crappy customer service. It happens all the time! The employees always follow me around but never bother to ask if I need help. They make me feel so uncomfortable. Dear management, please do something.

I tried this Sephora for a change. I usually go to the one in Edinburg, but they have a high employee turn over so you don't always get the best customer service. On top of that you have customers paying for clothes making you wait for someone to help you. Over here at the mall the ladies were friendly. I got no hassles when I asked for one sample like at jcpenny. Not only is this sephora closer but diffently more knowledgeable and professional.
Went in to get some samples of some foundation because I wanted to try something new. When I walked in a lady told me to wait for someone to come swatch me. I walked around the store waiting for someone and I've waited for like 45 mins to a hour. The lady didn't even seem like she cared. Poor customer service, never coming back. Ulta has my money!
