I was taken to this clinic by a friend, and I am very content on how i was treated and the Dr. is very good at explaining everything. I will definitely make this my family doctor...

Appointments mean nothing....staff was more interested in gossip over helping. Waited one hour after my appt for a simple check up.
I am so glad I can finally be confident and know that my family and I are in the best care possible in the RGV!
This is the best office staff ever!!!!! Dr Contreras is very knowledgeable and listens to his patients. ! This Clinic is by far the most caring, considerate and professional. Dr. Contreras and his staff take great, sincere care of my elderly mother. They answer the phone, return your calls in a timely manner and are always happy to assist you in anyway.
If I could give it 0 stars I would! WORST MEDICAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! Hands down! I waited 4 HOURS to be called to the back! NOT kidding! And then it was another hour in the back. The doctor invited to have them be my family doctor while I was being seen, and I told her there was no way because of their wait time, She assured me that it was not the norm, and that 2 of their nurses had called out that day.
Well, my husband is there waiting now. (His new company set this up for him- or else he would not be there) All he has to do is pee in a cup for a new job and he has been there 1.5 hours and says only 4 people have been called back with a FULL waiting room.
They have a a lot of services that people are looking for. They are affordable and they help the community in general, if someone has a issue they just need to let them know and they will help, they have treatment of diabetes and hypertension, they check for minor ilnesses, they also check work related injuries, drug test, they have laboratory, they have available, x- ray all in one place and a lot of people from different parts of the valley they visit this place...
