I called to make sure a return would be accepted since it was a Kobalt item. The lady I spoke too said yes to go in. When I arrived they said they don't return those items because kobalt changed their policy. I explained That I had just called to verify and I was told to go. Alex was the name of the gentleman in CS then Melinda was called, her rude suggestion was to call Kobalt and handle the issue with them. I buy with Lowes at least 15K a month. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOWES EVER IN MY LIFE!!! Lowes in Pharr will be very happy to receive my business.
