Very Nice Constuction
I moved in with my fiancee and find out the home she just built 3yrs ago and is already paid for were already having trouble with plumbing and electrical.....cabinets arent made of solid facing its just taped plywood and drawer guides are old school i tought they were better than that also a/c problems using better quality she paid extra to get better stuff and ended up the same so now our house is up for sale very diasappointed.....
Home looks nice in the beginning. But just 2-3 years down the road and the floors have cracks in the 3 corners. The garage brick and stone work all have large cracks and a brick right over the front door is about to fall on to someone's head one day. Called their office and they don't want to have to do anything with it saying they provide only 1 year warranty on their homes. Very disappointed with this builder.
