Mr Douglas is person who finished his job on time but the quality of his job was terrible. If you are looking for quality this is not the company I will recommend. He never was present during the remodeling process. The person who worked for him was nice and tried to do his best. At the end of job, Mr Douglas was called to see the kind of job he does. He came (after many phone calls) and reviewed his job. He promised that he will come back. Five months have passed still waiting to fix his bad finish work. Definitive really bad experience, too expensive and bad quality.
My new kitchen and dining room are wonderful. The custom cabinets you installed are better than I had dreamed. the countertops are beautiful and the chair railings in the dining room give an elegant look to the room. I give two stars because he did come back and finish/correct some of the work that was not done correctly. Also his crew is very friendly and honest (unlike their boss). However he charged extra over what was agreed to do refinishing he said was included in the quote and had the nerve to lie to my face about doing that work that he never actually did. His employee who was performing the work told me, "no i told my boss i didn't do it". So I asked him to send his crew back come finish the work and he only finished some of it. Over all very mediocre quality and untrustworthy. Also very over priced. This contractor comes across as a friendly guy who smiles in your face to gain your trust, but should have know when he said things like "i'm smart". If he was smart he wouldn't do business like this.
