This dental office is just amazing. From the awesome and professional staff to the great dentists, this is a great place for everyone in your family. My son absolutely loves coming to the dentist and that's a rare thing to hear that a 7 year old loves going to the dentist! Thank you to The Lakes Family Dental for always making feel so welcomed!
It was a great experience, I didn’t know what to expect when they removed my cavities using the laser procedure. It was pain free with no shots needed. I highly recommend this place.
Words can't even describe the kind of happiness I've expressed these passed few months trying out 6months smiles. Growing up i was always self conscious about my smile and being a very outgoing guy it was difficult to fully express my smile. I constantly dreamt about the moment I would get out into the world and just be happy. When I came to Dr. Alvarado to didn't know what to expect. But he promised me that he was going to change my life forever. The entire staff was very polite and genuine, I felt so comfortable with the enviorment. Within the first month I couldn't believe that transformation, my smile never looked straighter it brought me to tears.
I was greeted by a large roach. I took a half a day off of work, took by 12 year daughter out school to get a braces evaluation. I was lied too and wasted my time and loss of work just to be told when we were in the room that they do not provide braces for children. They wanted me to leave my dentist of 25 years to switch to them. This is the "bait and switch." My daughter cried all the way home. I called the office manger and she was rude and hateful. I was treated so badly, and I do not want anyone to experience what we did. STAY AWAY!!!! THEY ARE LIARS, FILTHY WITH ROACHES, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RUDE!!!!!
Great dental practice. They make you feel at home and they care about your overall hygiene. The team always make me feel at home whenever I'm there.
