My kids like the service Doctor Bill Pope gives them. He always interacts with them so they won't feel scared, talks to them so they won't think about the cleaning or procedure.
Outstanding service, very informative. My kiddos felt well on their 1st dental visit. Will recommend it to anyone looking for a Pediatric Dentist.
Horrible. He did my daughters dental work years ago. While my daughter was having a root canal done She was screaming in pain. He stuff paper towels down her throat and he would not allow me in the room. She was not numb enough for the procedure. She requires more numbing medication then most people. She was so traumatized by this experience. If a dentist does not allow a parent in the room with the child then there is some thing seriously wrong.
VERY friendly staff.... I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Bill Pope and his staff. Dr Pope always walks in the room with a positive attitude and greets us. Let's us know what he is going to do before anything. My kids have been patients since they were 1years old (now 9 & 8) and I would NOT change dentistry.
I will Never take my kids back to this office!! They have traumatized my kids in holding them down to do work on them. No numbing medicine given during procedures at office. Worst feeling having to be in the same room seeing that happen to your children even after the surgery they went through.
I TOOK MY SON TO DR. POPE. HE IS THE BEST DENTIST THAT MY SON HAS SEEN THIS YEAR AND I WAS ALLOWED TO BE WITH MY SON @ ALL TIMES. THEY DID NOT STRAP HIM DOWN LIKE THEY WANTED TO IN THE OTHER OFFICE I WENT TO BEFORE GOING TO DR POPE . STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WAS SEEN @ TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT. DR. POPE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING RIGHT TO THE LAST DETAIL OF WHAT MY SON NEEDED FOR TREATMENT. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK TO DR. POPE FOR ALL AND ANY FUTURE VISITS MY SON NEEDS. BTW WOW!!!! REALLY!!!! THE OTHER TWO REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE LOOK LIKE THERE WERE JUST COPIED AND PASTED BY THE SAME PERSON LOOKS LIKE THERE REALLY WAS NOTHING THAT BAD TO SAY IF YOU HAD TO COPY IT
