Friendly staff but was denied the service I asked for when the employee was actually incorrect. I'm not an expert on my vehicle compared to these experienced workers, but believe the client when you're told what service is needed more than once. They tried to make it right by offering complimentary service, but once I'm denied what I asked for around other customers, it makes me feel dumb and look stupid. I spent $80 on routine maintenance elsewhere and was given exactly what I asked for and then some.
Janeth is amazing person. She help me out quickly and made the experience great.The tune up was done is 2 hour. Which is great time for auto shop.
Went there 4/9/17 with a used truck i had purchased the day before and i needed to get an evaluation on the vehicle to see what needed to be repaired. Mark went above and beyond in helping us, he did a ton of price checking for various parts and services since we were on a budget, made great suggestions, kept in constant contact with our amazing mechanic, Crystal -who is very knowledgeable- and anything he could get us done for free he did. I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty, how fast they worked on our vehicle and how good natured they were. Overall this has been the single best experience ive ever had at a mechanic shop and look forward to going here again for all my future car needs. Love this place and the employees.
Asked for motor cycle oil. And a filter. The guys said "this is auto parts". Terrible customer service. They should stock motorcycle oil. Since all other auto parts stores do. I should not be ridiculed.
