Irma (travel agent) helped us plan a week trip to Disney World and took care of every detail for us! Flight w/ priority boarding, luggage, hotel of choice and provided options, personal pickup transportation w/ carseat and buster seat for my kids, fast passes, meal plan, snacks, tickets to all parks w/ hopper, double stroller, front room, ect....
