The HOA in my subdivision is managed by Magnolia Property Management. I've served on the board of my association for 4 yrs. now and they have been nothing but helpful during the time of my service. The staff and administration are attentive to our issues and facilitate all necessary processes in a timely manner. They take the time to educate board members and even include/invite us to trainings. Of course this is all on a voluntary basis on my part and that is what I recommend all active residents, tenants and board members to attempt to do. Be involved and advocate for your association. There is only so much they can do - and I can confidently say they go above and beyond to fulfill THEIR duties.
Awful place infested with springtails. I had reported this issue since April and they have failed to send someone to terminate this infestation. They gave me the run around and don't return my phone calls and when I've gone to talk to them in person they ignore the issue stating "I have to take care of it myself," since the springtails are inside the apartment yet the outdoor is infested as well. Mister tommy vela wants me to keep paying my lease until they find another tenant. I have not been living here for over a month due to this issue, I have pictures/videos of the infestment. It is absolutely wrong, they will not return my deposit.
They never respond. They have done a very poor job managing the landscape and gate control of our subdivision.
Very simple and easy to work with!! Which makes things a lot better ,Janet tommy and Andrea are awesome! Always responding to phone calls or any questions I Had!!
Reading other people’s reviews makes me feel sorry for them. I, on the other hand, have been very satisfied with the services we have got. We just moved in and I haven’t had any problems. Yes there’s spiders and bugs here and there, but what do people expect? We live out in a field and with time the critters will find a new home away from the apts. Some one mentioned how AT&T and spectrum services are not up and running in my area, yet I’m using my spectrum WiFi to type this review out. All in all I really like it here. I appreciate the peace in quite. Thank you to the ladies at the main office for being attentive and on top of things. They made our move easy and fast. Y’all are doing a great job.
